Schiffmann's website at ncov2019.live was created on December 29 last year, when Americans were still indifferent to the disease. The main goal of Schiffmann when creating this website is to allow viewers to easily update all the facts and data on the disease without having to track many different pages.
When the pandemic began to spread around the world, Avi Schiffmann's website also grew rapidly. The number of visits is constantly increasing and the page has more than 30 million daily viewers.
"I created the website at Christmas, when there were fewer than 1,000 cases and all were in China," Avi Schiffmann said of his website.
"I just wanted to make it easy to access data, and never thought it would be so successful," the 17-year-old programmer added.
Given the popularity of this site, Avi of course has received numerous email invitations to place ads on the site. His mother shared some offers worth up to $ 8 million .
This is really a huge amount of money that few people of Avi's age can earn. But surprisingly, he continued to do what few people could do, which was to refuse this million dollar invitation immediately.
"I still want to play games with my friends. Sometimes I love to live at the right age, forgetting that I'm running one of the biggest websites in the world. I think I easily reject such offers, because I don't care much about money. I mean, I can retire now, but I don't want to retire at 17," Schiffmann told Bloomberg.

Avi Schiffmann said he hopes his work can inspire many talented young people to have more motivation to create good values for society and people today.
The online community has given a lot of compliments to Avi and many people wonder why he was able to recognize the seriousness of Covid -19 so soon.
"In December, Avid may be the only person in the US interested in translating Covid-19," the Mrpro account commented.
"At 17, Avi developed a global pandemic monitoring website and I watched why the light bulb in the refrigerator turned off when its door was closed," comments Johnwick Winchester's account.
